Wow this is pretty bizarre even in Tucson.

For at least five years have gone by with this guy living a couple of houses down from me has been stealing bikes and selling them for parts or rebuilding one from several and he has a very lucrativedrug business Selling drugs to kids as well as getting homeless people to steal for him to get their drugs. myself, my in-laws, and numerous other residence on the block have been reporting him to TPD for at least the last two years. they come out and talk to him and then leave, this has happened at least twenty or thirty times. finally this morning he shot some one down the street, all of a sudden at least 10 to 12 black and whites and 4 Detectives show up in front of his house and used forced entry tactics to gain entry but he had already been to the house and put the gun in a gun case and ran into the alley across the street and disappeared. in the meantime I was talking to the first responding officer and in the conversation he told me that TPD has had him under surveillance for the last two years ! unbelievable, they have let this scum bag deal dope to kids and steal children's bikes with impunity. So anyway back to this morning after the cops left he was of course right back and he serviced at least 8 customers and just messing round like nothing has happened so again at least 6 calls to TPD have been ignored and no cops even showed up. AMAZING, So I guess the cartels have finally gained a foothold in Tucson now. So if you live in Tucson make sure you have your favorite weapon keep it on you cause the TPD seems to be on the payroll.

This has been one heck of a long day, the cops never showed back up so I guess it's ok for shootings and drive buys are OK here so I guess it's time to move cause as an Honest person even if I shoot him in self defence I will go to jail , so I suppose it is time to sell my home and move.

Feel for you.

We had a 'chop shop' across the street from one of our family businesses. Cops knew for years and years the owner dealt drugs and other crimes. Don't know why they couldn't ever get him.

He got caught for a dui, was in jail a few days. During that time, *somehow* his 2-story business? caught fire (no electric suppy at the time..hmm). And I swear, I've never seen firemen move SO SLOW. God bless them..lmao.

It burnt to the ground..woot woot..

Best of luck though.. ugh.

I was just outside a few minutes ago and I guess he is either getting robbed or his clients are selflessly moving his stuff out of his rental house.

Well the whole problem has been resolved by Tucsons finest. Evidently the other doper that this guy shot decided not to press charges from his hospital bed. Wow I did not know that shooting victims could do that ????? Now the other version by a reliable source, TPD made a deal with this guy and pressured the shooting victim to get amnesia. The dope dealer made another deal to set his supplier up for his freedom . So this guy gets away with dealing drugs to kids and running a criminal enterprise. Another example of our finest law enforcement at work.

That's the problem with our legal system, it's been overadjusted to the point that police need to waste thousands of dollars and hours just to gather enough evidence to make an arrest. Then after all that, small stupid technicalities can let the crooks walk.

Exactly right, that is what happened here. the lines of cars in and out of his driveway picked right back up the next day after the raid. I really hope his supplier finds out he flipped on him before he gets caught.

And it just continues...

When we do finally get one caught, the courts seem to just..well.

Helped catch thru 1 of our businesses, a 'metal thief'. 10's of 1'000's $ worth of stolen metals.

3 court dates....to end up ............. with............ PROBATION ???? wth !!!

Feel like I totally wasted over 7 hours of my time in court.

It's all good though, *potus* was on tv again today, said all is getting better !

Ran into our local judge in the grocery store real recently, told him, don't EVEN put me on a jury of a mass murderer, good chance I'll let him go, as I now know why and how people get *that way*. Fed up with it myself !

I feel your pain overpaid, all it is here in tucson is a revolving door. there is no incentive to go straight!! Now in Sheriff joes neck of the woods he gives them turds plenty of incentives. LOL, wish we had him here.
