Georgia judge considered ‘default’ against Obama

Attorneys who argued in a Georgia court this week that Barack Obama isn’t eligible to be president say Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi considered granting a default judgment before they even argued the case.

That presumably could have recommended that Obama failed to prove his eligibility and therefore should not be on the 2012 ballot, since he and his lawyer snubbed the hearing, for which Obama was subpoenaed.

There is nothing to discuss. A bogus court case and a bogus subpoena brought about by racists.

Birther bull@!$%#. I hope JackOL comes along to fill in all the details why this is another waste of court time, since he has documented quite thoroughly on the other seeds regarding this ridiculous story.

Just a few highlights though -

    - Orly Taitz is the Lawyer, enough said right there
    - The Judge is an "administrative" Judge, no power to do anything but recommend to the Sectary of State
    - "On the Ballot" pertains only to the *Primary* Ballot, but since the absentee ballots have already been printed with Barrack Obama's name on them what are they going to do?
    - The whole thing is a challenge to Obama's name being on the Primary Ballot, ultimately the Secretary of State will decide this not some Admin Judge.
    - The subpoenas to appear were *never* issued by any Court. Orly Taitz downloaded a pre-signed template from the Georgia .gov website and filled out a bunch with everybody and their brother to appear, including President Obama. Also every scrap of documentation they could think of about the president, probably including dental records.
    - They are worth nothing legally, and there is not a chance in hell the President, or anyone else on them, will do anything about appearing or handing anything over. And you know what the Court will do *nothing* to enforce them. But it gives the birthers another pernicious lie to add to their quiver.

    - Oh and least we forget the whole birther "we got Obama *this time*" excuse is an obscure voting rights case which has no bearing on Obama's eligibility, can not even be decided by the Georgia Sectary of State, and doesn't apply anyway.

Convicts in prison do the same kind of law game just to bog down the justice system and maybe get lucky. No difference!!
