If we are gathering enough oil and gas to be independent of the imported oil - then we must need legislation that will MAKE us keep OUR oil here and not send it to China or where ever it is that we export it to. We need to keep our oil in our country until our needs are met - THEN and only then would we be allowed to export to another country. We need to stop trying to take care of the entire world and take care of our own people.
